Rachel Bellack

Rachel Bellack MCC is an ICF credentialed Leadership Coach, Facilitator and Director of Coaching for Yes, And Coaching Institute as well as a professional actor, director, and producer. She uses strengths based, creative and experiential approaches to assist leaders, coaches  and entrepreneurs in the areas of leadership development, emotional intelligence, building resilience and inclusive leadership. Rachel is based in the Detroit, Michigan area and for more than 15 years has partnered with Fortune 500 companies in both the US and Canada as well as global automotive manufacturers and suppliers to deliver innovative solutions that help leaders thrive through change and prepare for the future of leadership.

Rachel is also a professional actor, director, and producer. After moving to the USA from Canada, she was invited to join the famed Second City as an instructor at the Training Center and has served as faculty and guest lecturer at a variety of universities. As a coach, speaker, and facilitator with a performer’s unique flair, she offers stimulating and impactful workshops and learning programs that apply acting and improv methodology to “real world” leadership, coaching and training.

Rachel’s articles on Leadership have appeared in Forbes, Training Magazine and HR.com and she is a contributing author to the book “Words of Wisdom” along with Brian Tracy and Dr. John Gray (2014)

Current Role

In addition to her work as an executive coach and Director of Coaching, Rachel also partners with the Center for Creative Leadership as a Leadership Solutions Facilitator based in the Americas. She works with CCL clients and account teams to deliver virtual and in-person programs and coaching. Rachel specializes in topics across the CCL portfolio, with particular interests in Emotional Intelligence, Leader as Coach, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging, and Executive Presence 

Educational Background

Rachel earned her Master of Science in Positive Organizational Development & Change as well as Graduate Certificates in both Appreciative Inquiry and Emotional Intelligence in Coaching from Case Western Reserve University and is a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP®) through the Institute for Diversity. She is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Board-Certified Coach (BCC) through the Center for Credentialing and Education as well as a certified facilitator for DiSC, Workplace 360, FIRO-B and the Energy Leadership Index. 

Professional Affiliations

Rachel is a member of the National Diversity Council and the Society for Diversity. She serves on the Forbes Coaches Council, the TED Fellows Coaching Team and as a guest lecturer at the University of Michigan. She is a Fellow at the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate and belongs to the Screen Actors Guild (SAG-AFTRA). She is a longtime member of the International Coaching Federation where she has presented various conference workshops and core competency trainings.

Rico Bruce Wade

Rico served as Producer of The Second City - Detroit where he oversaw the operation of a 52-week Equity theater, its resident company, touring company, business communications division and training center.  He has 30 years experience as a developer and facilitator of workshops in improvisation, business communications and comedy. At Second City Business Communications he developed programming to help clients identify and eliminate obstacles to productivity and turn insights into innovation. He spent four years with the Transforming Theatre Ensemble helping businesses identify and overcome workplace bias. His corporate clients have included the Ford Motor Company, General Motors, United Auto Workers, Little Caesar Enterprises and McCann Detroit. He also developed Play!, an introductory course in improvisational theater, Theatrix- Improv at Michigan State University and the St Charles Distance Learning Workshop. He is currently an instructor and artistic advisor for The Detroit Creativity Project.
